  1. Claiming A Warranty Issue

    If you feel that your product is defective and covered under warranty, please contact us in order to file a warranty claim. Junaid Tech shall not be responsible for warranty rejection, we only send the product to the distributor/vendor for warranty on behalf of customers. Warranty shipment on one side is covered by the customer while the other end is fulfilled by us.


  2. Defective/Faulty Products

    All defective products under warranty are sent to the distributor/vendor for repair, refund or replacement as per their warranty policies. Warranty claim will be rejected if the product has been physically damaged, installed incorrectly or subjected to abuse in any way.


  3. Replacing Faulty Equipment

    We will only offer warranty for faulty equipment after warranty issue has been claimed by the official service agent. The warranty process typically takes up to 20 working days to complete.


  4. Warranty Eligibility

    Warranty is only applicable on product(s) which have warranty information stated on the product page. If there is no warranty information mentioned, the product is not covered under warranty. Monitors are covered under a minimum 5 dead pixel policy depending upon the exact brand and distributor. Monitors pixel policy is applicable out of the box, warranty will not be claimed for pixel issue under mentioned minimum policy.


  5. Goods That Do Not Meet The Description

    At Junaid Tech we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should a product not match the description on the website, you have 7 working days, from the date of delivery of the product(s), to claim an exchange or cancel an order by returning the product(s), undamaged, unopened in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to Junaid Tech.


  6. Tampered/Damaged Seal

    Please check thoroughly if the seal on the package is intact. If it seems tampered or damaged in any manner, please do not accept the parcel and reach out to us.


  7. Shipping

    We use reputed courier like Leopards Courier to transport products from within Pakistan. Normally within 3-5 working days of receiving your order, we’ll deliver it to the address you gave us when you made the purchase on our website. In case of delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer is expected to cooperate and wait for their order. All products are shipped on our risk with delivery time applicable. We reserve the right to decline replacement if damage during shipping is very minor & negligible. It is recommended to record a video of unboxing for relevant proof of damage.


  8. Our Obligation To You

    We guarantee that the products or services you order will meet the specifications listed on our website, and in the case of products, that they will be delivered to you in accordance with our shipping policy. If the product you receive differs from the one you ordered, we’ll replace it based on availability and the circumstances.


  9. Governing Law

    Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Islamabad (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
