  1. Junaid Tech does not have a return policy other than under warranty terms. Change of mind is also not considered a valid reason for returning a product. In case the product does not match the description as our website, please reach out to us so the order/item can be investigated and corrected accordingly.

  1. Yes. It will be delivered to the address stated on your shipping details. Please make sure you have provided a valid and updated contact number so that you could be within reach at all times. The customer is expected to wait until the delivery is completed while it remains not in our hands but in the courier's. We try our best to ship the products in the best packaging so it reaches you in perfect condition.

  1. All products are shipped on our risk with delivery time applicable. We reserve the right to decline replacement if damage during shipping is very minor & negligible. For brand new sealed items, an unboxing video is compulsory to claim any physical damages out of the box.
