Please note that U1600 is not a standalone product. It must be connected to a PC/laptop to work. The USB-C device must support at least the data transfer protocol USB3.1 GEN1 and DP 1.2.

For the 3-in-1 USB-C cable: Your computer must have HDMI and USB ports available for connection, otherwise you will need an adapter to convert the port. Make sure the USB cable and HDMI cable are properly plugged into your computer. For the full Type-C cable: It is not included. It must be ordered separately. If you need it, please ask us for more information. Supports Type-C to Type-C connection to power the U1600. An HDMI port or HDMI adapter is not required. Connection with Android devices: If you want to connect the U1600 to Android devices, a full Type-C cable is required. Android devices must support desktop operating systems for PC mode or DEX mode.
